The gmina wiejska Płońsk is an independent rural municipality in Poland in the powiat Płoński in the Masovian Voivodeship . Its seat is in the city of Płońsk . The rural community, to which the city of Płońsk itself does not belong, has an area of 127.3 km², on which (as of June 30, 2019) 7922 people live.
