LEDA / PGC 2 is a bar-spiral galaxy of the Hubble type SBb in the constellation Andromeda in the northern sky . It is around 233 million light years away from the Milky Way and has a diameter of around 130,000 light years.

The object is a member of the galaxy group WBL 729 , a group of gravitationally bound galaxies with an average radial speed of about 5020 km / s. This group also includes PGC 18 , PGC 676 , PGC 73195 and IC 1525 .
