LEDA / PGC 39424 is an elliptical dwarf galaxy of the Hubble type E0 in the constellation Virgo on the ecliptic . It is estimated to be 99 million light years from the Milky Way . The galaxy is listed as a member of the Virgo Galaxy Cluster under catalog number VCC 238 . Together with NGC 4223 , it forms an interacting pair.
