LEDA / PGC 8829 is a weakly illuminated spiral galaxy of Hubble type Sdm in the constellation triangle at the northern sky , an estimated 230 million light-years from the Milky Way 's center. It is considered a member of the IC 1784 group ( LGG 55 ).
The Type Ib / P supernova SN 2007J was observed here.
