PS: reloaded (until 2018 Pro Solist'y ) is a brass band founded in 2000 from Sierning ( Upper Austria ). The style of the group is characterized by the cultivation of traditional Bohemian-Moravian brass music and its own arrangements of current pop and party music. For this reason they are also called "Power Polka Party People" in the scene.

Surname

The original name "Pro Solist'y" comes from a change in the title of the polka "PRO SÓLISTY" ( Czech "For Soloists") by Zdeněk Gurský , the conductor of the Gloria marching band . The English subtitle We do the better blowjob! Metonymically , does not mean the vulgar term fellatio , but that Pro Solist'y as a band is the best choice.

A typical trademark and logo is a drawn cow with sunglasses .

history

Pro Solist'y was founded in Behamberg in 2000 . The trumpeters Christian Peyrer, Markus Hinterplattner and Jürgen Hofstätter put together the wind orchestra.

In 2007 the first sound carrier [ku: lına'rıƒ] and in 2009 the second X'sunga and G'spüt were recorded. In 2013 Pro Solist'y released the third CD called Hoamzua .

In May 2010, the wind band reached the 1st place in the highest level at the European Championship of Bohemian-Moravian Wind Music .

After changing line-ups several times, Pro Solist'y played at Woodstock der Blasmusik in Kopfing im Innkreis in July 2011 , and since 2013 they have performed another six times at the same festival in Ort im Innkreis . In 2014 the Austrian singer and entertainer Eric Papilaya sang instead of Petra "Petz" Zöttl, who was on parental leave . After the short parental leave, Petra Zöttl was back and Jutta Diendorfer was also hired as vocal support from 2015.

After three members left, Pro Solist'y was renamed PS: reloaded in 2019 - "PS" stands for the abbreviated original name, "reloaded" for the new start.
