Pablo Lavandeira , full name Pablo Damián Lavandeira Hernández , (born May 11, 1990 in Pando ) is a Uruguayan football player .

Career

Depending on the sources, the 1.72 meters or 1.73 meters tall midfielder Lavandeira played in the youth between 2004 and 2008 for Club Atlético Peñarol . He was in the Clausura 2008 on loan in the squad of the then first division club Tacuarembó FC . In that semi-series he played ten games in the Primera División and scored one goal. In the Apertura he was used four more times with the Northern Uruguayans. He spent the 2010 Apertura in the Segunda División at Huracán FC . The statistics show there two games and two goals for him. In the Apertura 2011 he was active for the first division club Cerro Largo FC and played 13 times in the league. In the Chilean game year 2012 he was under contract with Antofagasta from January 2012 and played nine games in the local Primera División and three games in the Copa Chile . He then played eleven games (no goal) for the Uruguayan club Progreso in the second half of the 2012/13 season . For the 2013/14 season he moved to the Montevideo Wanderers within the city . There he ran in the club's two games as part of the Copa Sudamericana 2013 , in which his club failed in the first round. In the league he played nine games (no goal) until his last appearance on December 1, 2013. At the end of December 2013, he moved to Atlético San Luis in Mexico for the 2014 Clausura . There he ran in 13 league games in the Liga de Ascenso and scored one goal. He also completed three matches in the Copa México . He returned to Uruguay for Apertura 2014 and, contrary to initial reports, does not play for the first division promoted Rampla Juniors , but instead joined the second division Villa Teresa . In the Apertura 2014 he was used eleven times (four goals) in the second-highest Uruguayan league. At the beginning of January 2015, he moved to UTC Cajamarca in Peru . For the Peruvians, he played 30 first division games (five goals) and nine games (one goal) in the Copa Inca . At the beginning of 2016 he joined Deportivo Municipal . There he ran 44 times (nine goals) in the Primera División and twice (no goal) in the Copa Sudamericana 2016 . Sport Rosario signed him at the beginning of January 2017 . So far (as of July 26, 2017) he has met four times in 22 premier league appearances at the Huaraz club.

National team

Lavandeira was a member of Ángel Castelnoble 's Uruguayan U-15 team, which took part in the U-15 South American Championship in Bolivia in 2005 . He played in the Uruguayan U-17 national team and was part of the squad at the U-17 South American Championship in Ecuador in 2007 .
