Padre Garcia ( Tagalog : Bayan ng Padre Garcia) is a Filipino municipality in the province of Batangas , in the administrative region IV, Calabarzon. It has 48,302 inhabitants (August 1, 2015 census) who lived in 33 barangays . It is classified as a second income class community in the Philippines and as urbanized .

The topography of the municipality is characterized by mountainous terrain. Its neighboring communities are San Antonio , Quezon Province , to the northeast, Lipa City to the north, and Rosario to the south and west.
