San Juan is a Filipino township in Batangas Province . It has 108,585 inhabitants (August 1, 2015 census). In the south of the municipality is the busy shipping route of the Isla Verde Road . This is considered a hotspot of biodiversity in the underwater world in the Philippines and worldwide. To the east of the municipality is the Bay of Tayabas .
