Pak Song-jin (born January 5, 1989 ) is a North Korean ice hockey player .
Career
Pak Song-jin appeared for the North Korean national team for the first time at the 2009 World Cup in Division II, when the team had to accept relegation without winning a point. In the following year he played in Division III and rose with the team immediately. Since the North Koreans did not take part in the World Cup the following year for financial reasons, he also played in the lowest division in 2012 and 2014 . In both tournaments, the North Koreans missed promotion to Division II by only one place in second (2012 behind Turkey and 2014 behind Bulgaria ). In 2015 he played with the East Asians again in the lowest division of the World Championships. This time he returned to Division II with a 4-3 win after extra time in the decisive game against hosts Turkey . In 2016 he and his team played again in Division II.
At club level, Pak plays for Susan in the North Korean ice hockey league .
