But Udo Lindenberg also brought the almost forgotten Eddie Constantine in front of the camera, who was once again allowed to play his star role as "Lemmy Caution".

Udo's manager ( Fritz Rau as himself) hires the detective Coolman (or Koolmann) to find Udo. With the help of Lemmy Caution , Udo Lindenberg is freed and finally elected Chancellor. He forms his cabinet from members of his stage shows at the time.

Quote: “Lindenberg put everything into the film that would otherwise perk up young moviegoers: a few brawls that don't let anyone go, slapstick and love stories, tension and danger, a brothel scene and lots of music. He stole a few popular movie relics and ironically marched a parade of revered guides to entertainment cinema. Eddie Constantine, wrapped in an aura of melancholy as Lemmy Caution, fights in the tried and tested manner with two doctors: 'No time for discussions. Do you have two beds left? You will need them.
