Tres de Febrero is a partido (administrative unit) in the Argentine metropolitan area of Buenos Aires , the so-called Gran Buenos Aires . The Partido has 340,071 inhabitants (2010), the capital is Caseros .

Tres de Febrero is bordered to the east by the city of Buenos Aires and La Matanza , to the southwest by Morón and Hurlingham , to the west by San Miguel , to the northwest by Tigre and to the north by General San Martín .
