Pellegrini [ pe.ʒe.ˈɣ˕ɾi.ni ] is a partido in the Argentine province of Buenos Aires . The Partido had 5,887 inhabitants at the 2010 census. With a surface of 1,835 km², the population density is 3.18 inhabitants per square kilometer. The number of households is 2,100.

The Partido is on the Ferroexpreso Pampeano railway line , on Ruta Nacional 5 and Ruta Provincial 85.

The Partido was created in 1907 by breaking away from the Partido Guaminí . Colonia Agrícola Drysdale, the name of the place Pellegrini at the time, was founded in 1899.
