Pascal Barré (born April 12, 1959 in Houilles ) is a former French sprinter .
He celebrated the greatest success of his career at the 1980 Olympic Games in Moscow with the French 4 x 100 meter relay . Together with Antoine Richard , his twin brother Patrick Barré and Hermann Panzo , he won the bronze medal behind the teams from the Soviet Union and Poland in 38.53 s .
He was also fourth in the relay at the European Athletics Championships in Prague in 1978 and fifth in the 200-meter run . At the European Athletics Championships in Athens in 1982 , he started in the 4 x 400 meter relay and reached seventh place with the French team. In addition, he was twice French champion in the 200 m (1978-1979) and once in the 400-meter run (1981).
Pascal Barré is 1.74 m tall and weighed 66 kg when he was active.
