Patrick Blossier

Patrick Blossier (born September 23, 1946 in Paris , France ) is a French cameraman .

Life

Patrick Blossier graduated from the École nationale supérieure Louis-Lumière in 1971 . He made his feature film debut as a cinematographer in 1976 in Cameroon and published by Daniel Kamwa staged Pousse-pousse . For his work on Miss Mona , The Deputy and Days of Fame , he was each nominated for the French César film award as Best Cinematographer . For his work on The Housekeeping of the Titanic , he was nominated for the 1998 Spanish Goya film award for best cameraman . In 2017 he was selected as a jury member for the award of the Caméra d'Or at the 70th Cannes International Film Festival . He is a member of the French Association Française des directeurs de la photo Cinématographique ( AFC ) .

Boussier has been married to the French actress and filmmaker Camille de Casabianca since 1988 .
