Patrick Haller (born July 9, 1997 in Villingen-Schwenningen ) is a German cyclist.

Athletic career

Patrick Haller has been cycling since 2006. As a student and adolescent, he won the title of Bavarian master several times. At the Bavarian Junior Track Championships in 2013, he was seven-time national champion and also two-time national champion on the road. In 2014, he and Manuel Porzner won the two-man team event for the juniors as part of the Berlin six-day race .

In 2015 Haller won the renowned Trofeo Karlsberg junior road race . The following year he received a contract with the rad-net Rose team . Together with this team, he became German champion in the team time trial in the same year . In 2017 he was U23 champion in the individual time trial at the German Road Cycling Championships 2017 in Chemnitz . Initially, Richard Banusch had been declared master; after renewed checks, however, an evaluation error was found in the time recording. Banusch's driving time was corrected to 39:14 minutes, his title was revoked and Haller was declared master.
