Paul-Siméon Ahouanan Djro OFM (born December 19, 1952 in Bingerville ) is an Ivorian priest and Archbishop of Bouaké .

Life

Paul-Siméon Ahouanan Djro joined the Order of the Franciscans (OFM) and was ordained a priest on July 19, 1981 . Pope John Paul II appointed him Bishop of Yamoussoukro on December 6, 1995 .

The episcopal ordination donated him the old archbishop of Abidjan , Bernard Cardinal Yago , on March 16 of the next year; Co- consecrators were Vital Komenan Yao , Archbishop of Bouaké, and Luigi Ventura , Apostolic Nuncio in Côte d'Ivoire , Burkina Faso and Niger .

On January 12, 2006, he was appointed Coadjutor Archbishop of Bouaké . After Vital Komenan Yao's death on September 22nd of the same year, he succeeded him as Archbishop of Bouaké.
