Paul Biwott ( Kipkemboi ) (born April 18, 1978 ) is a Kenyan marathon runner .
In 2004 he was third and in 2005 second in the Paris Marathon . This qualified him for the World Athletics Championships in Helsinki , where he finished seventh. In 2007 he finished second in the Eindhoven Marathon and in 2008 third in the Vienna City Marathon and the JoongAng Seoul Marathon .
