Paul Elliott (* London , England ) is a British cameraman .

Life

Paul Elliott worked as a photographer for a while before studying camerawork at the London Film School . From the late 1970s he worked as a camera assistant and Elliott made his debut as a cameraman for a feature film with the science fiction film Monster from the Galaxy , directed by Fred Olen Ray . He was able to establish himself in American film and made several films in addition to television. His work includes more than 55 productions. For his work on Truman - The man who made history , he was from the American Society of Cinematographers award, having already for Citizen Cohn - henchmen of death and on ... and life goes was nominated. In 1988 he received an award at the Sundance Film Festival for his work on Winter Night .
