Paul Kraker

Paul Kraker (born March 11, 1968 in Vienna ) is an Austrian radio and television presenter and speaker.

Life

Paul Kraker attended the Kundmanngasse high school , where he graduated in 1986 . He then studied at the University of Vienna Law , which he graduated from in 1993 as a Master. At the same time, he completed the first phase of a business administration degree. The court year followed the civil service , and he also wrote record and film reviews for various magazines.

In 1995 he started working for ORF, initially as an editor and later as a presenter of the newly founded radio station FM4 . In 1996 he switched to the current service of ORF-Radios, where he worked as a news editor, journal presenter and head of the service for the broadcasters Ö1 , Ö2 and Ö3 . In 2000 he was on a journalism scholarship from Duke University in the United States . After returning, he worked for six months in the internal politics department of ORF radio and as a trainer for ORF news editors. From 2003 to 2007 he presented the cultural news alternately with Barbara Rett and Clarissa Stadler as part of the Zeit im Bild (ZiB 1) . In 2007 he hosted the fear exchange section of the ORF late night show Willkommen Österreich . Since September 2016 he can be seen with the satirical daily press show in the Vienna Rabenhof Theater as anchorman , Peter Klien acts as an external correspondent.

On FM4 he moderates the program House of Pain , on Ö1 he presents the news. He also works as an off-speaker for documentaries and television programs.
