Paul Millns

Paul Millns (born August 29, 1945 in Norfolk ) is a British blues pianist, songwriter and singer.

life and work

Paul Millns started his career in the late 1960s when he worked with musicians like Alexis Korner , Eric Burdon , Louisiana Red , Bert Jansch , Dr Hook's Denis Le Courier , Peter Thorup from CCS, John Mayall , David Crosby , Murray Head , Ralph McTell and John Martyn performed and worked together. In Germany he was a. a. known for his appearance at the Rockpalast in 1980. In songwriting Millns was influenced by Bob Dylan , Joni Mitchell and Tim Hardin , musically he also gives Ray Charles as a major influence. Millns has released eleven CDs with his own songs so far. He also wrote the music for various films.
