Paul Rehme
Paul Rehme (born January 10, 1867 in Görlitz , † July 1, 1941 in Markkleeberg ) was a German legal scholar . He came to the chairs in Halle, Breslau and Leipzig.
Life
Paul Rehme studied law at the Friedrichs University in Halle . In 1887 he became a member of the Landsmannschaft (later Corps ) Neoborussia Halle . He moved to the Friedrich Wilhelms University in Berlin . In 1891 he was promoted to Dr. iur. PhD . He completed his habilitation in 1894 at the Christian Albrechts University in Kiel . From 1898–1901 he was associate professor for German law and legal history at the Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität zu Berlin. He was professor in Halle from 1891 to 1918, at the Silesian Friedrich Wilhelms University of Breslau from 1918 to 1922 and at the University of Leipzig from 1922 to 1935 .
