The Pentax K-S1 is a compact digital SLR camera from Ricoh (formerly Pentax ). It was presented on August 27, 2014 and features an anti-aliasing filter simulator, FluCard compatibility and a built-in stereo microphone. With its 20 megapixel sensor, it lies between the flagship K-3 and the K-50 , a weatherproof, upscale entry-level device.

The K-S1 also features a new operating concept in which the video mode can be selected directly using the on / off switch and the mode wheel has been moved to the back of the camera.
