Perryville is a city (with the status " City ") and the administrative seat of Perry County in the southeast of the US -amerikanischen state of Missouri . In 2010 the city had 8,225 inhabitants. The county is named after the naval officer Oliver Hazard Perry .

Perryville is located a few miles west of the Mississippi , which forms the border with Illinois . The city is located at 37 ° 07'12 "north latitude and 93 ° 28'49" west longitude and extends over 34.45 km².
