Peter Lehmann (* 1950 in Calw in the Black Forest ) is a German educator , author , book publisher ( Antipsychiatrieverlag ) and mail-order bookseller as well as activist of humanistic antipsychiatry in Berlin.

Life

Peter Lehmann has a degree in education . He has represented humanistic anti- psychiatry positions since the late 1970s and co-founded the Berlin “ Irren-Offensive ” in 1980 , PSYCHEX in 1987 and PSYCHEXODUS in 2015 (both Switzerland ), 1989 the Association for Protection against Psychiatric Violence, and the European Network of 1991 Psychiatry Affected (ENUSP), 1996 of the Berliner Weglaufhaus , 1997 of the (World Network of Psychiatry Affected) and 2008 of the European Democratic Movement for Mental Health. As a representative of MindFreedom International, ENUSP and the Federal Association of Psychiatric Experienced People , he was a member of the organizing committee of the conference “Forced Treatment in Psychiatry” in 2007, organized by the World Psychiatric Association in Dresden .

Peter Lehmann is a non-fiction author, mail-order bookseller and trainers involved. Since 1990 he has been co-editor of in the UK appearing Journal of Critical Psychology, Counseling and Psychotherapy .
