Philippe Graber

Philippe Graber (born December 6, 1975 in Lucerne ) is a Swiss actor .

Life

Philippe Graber grew up in Lucerne . He attended the Zurich University of the Arts and has worked as a film and theater actor for around 20 years.

Graber became known to a larger Swiss audience through his leading role in the feature film Der Freund (2008). For this he was awarded the Swiss Film Prize for the best young actor. In 2011 he received a work grant from the city of Zurich . He also played in films such as Die Standesbeamtin , Papa Moll or Der Flitzer and worked in TV productions such as Wilder and Der Bestatter as well as German crime series such as Großstadtrevier and in Tatort .

Graber can also be seen on the theater stage in numerous German-speaking theaters, for example in Hamburg , Berlin , Winterthur and Bern . He shot commercials for the Micasa furniture store and performs regularly with his humorous solo program Late Night at the Helsinki Club in Zurich .

Philippe Graber lives in Zurich with his partner and three children.
