Pie Kei (born June 18, 1987 in Bautzen , real name Paul Krauße) is a German rapper living in Dresden .

He has been producing music since 2003 and was one of the first rappers in Germany to bring football rap to the scene. In addition to football , his tracks also describe topics of everyday, social and personal life. He worked with various artists. He himself sees his musical influences with Nas , Jadakiss , Styles P. , Sheek Louch , Kontra K , Sido and Metrickz.

Artistic career

Pie Kei graduated from secondary school and then completed an apprenticeship as a post and logistics services merchant. He started making music when he was still at school. In 2003 he founded his first label "BZC-03" with a school friend. In 2006 they changed the name to "Rap aus Granit" and signed a record deal with Rapkilla Records in Freiburg (Breisgau) with his partner Murrath 86 . In 2007 they worked on the album Rapkilla Reloaded and contributed the song "RKR RAG".

In 2008 the debut album followed with the name "Randale bei Nacht". On this album they worked with Frauenarzt , Manny Marc , Automatikk and MC Basstard , among others . In 2011 the second album followed with the name "Hart Hohl und Herzlich", on which artists such as Kaisa , Blokkmonsta and the Asiate are represented.

In 2017 Pie Kei's first solo album "Rap aus Granit" followed and six months later "Today as Back then", on which MIKI participated among others . In 2018 the album "Vom Bolzplatz zum Weltstar" followed for the World Cup .

In 2019 the current album "Ostboy.
