Pike is a town in Wyoming County in the US state of New York . At the time of the United States Census 2010 , 1114 people lived here.

The Town of Pike is on the southern border of the county. The hamlet of the same name is located in the center of the town.

history

The Town of Pike was founded in 1818, with its area from today in Livingston County lying Town of Nunda was separated. In 1823 part of Pikes was formed into the new Town of Eagle , and in 1846 part of Pikes was used to form the Town of Genesee Falls .
