The Polish Ice Hockey Cup of the 2015/16 season (Polish: Puchar Polski Hokeja na Lodzie ) was the host of the Polish Ice Hockey Cup . The event was organized by the Polish Ice Hockey Federation. The team from Krakow celebrated their second cup win after 2013.
Participant and mode
The teams that were in the first four places after the first two rounds of the current championship , i.e. after the 24th matchday, took part in the staging of the cup competition in 2015 . It played the team in 1st place against the fourth and the second against the third.

Final tournament
The semi-finals and the final were played over two days in a final round in the arena in Sanok. A game for third place did not take place.
