Pordic is a village and a former French commune with 6,305 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in Côtes-d'Armor in the region of Brittany . It belonged to the arrondissement of Saint-Brieuc and the canton of Plérin . The residents call themselves Pordicais (e) .

With effect from January 1, 2016, the former municipalities of Pordic and Tréméloir were merged into the Commune nouvelle Pordic of the same name and have the status of a Commune déléguée in the new municipality . The administrative headquarters are located in Pordic.

location

Pordic borders the English Channel in the northeast . Neighboring towns are Lantic in the northwest, Binic-Étables-sur-Mer in the north, Plérin in the southeast, Trémuson in the south, Plélo in the southwest and Trégomeur in the west.
