location

Pstruží is elongated from about 680 to 720 m above sea level in the valley of the Bystřice (Wistritz), where the Red Wistritz, which comes from Hřebečná , flows into the White Wistritz, which flows down from Pernink . The place has a protected location, as it is dominated by the Plešivec (1028 m) to the north and the Wölfling (973 m) to the south.

The houses of Modesgrund in the valley of the Rote Wistritz south of Abertamy and Wölfling on the mountain of the same name also belonged to the place. There, next to the forester's house, which is still in ruins today, stood a well-known inn, of which only a few remains of the wall still exist today.
