Pszczółki ( German Hohenstein , Kashubian Pszczółczi ) is a village and seat of the rural municipality of the same name in the powiat Gdański of the Polish Pomeranian Voivodeship .

Geographical location

The village is located in the historic Pomerellen region , about 22 kilometers south of Gdansk .

history

In 1772 Pszczółki (Hohenstein) came to the Prussian district of Dirschau , then moved to the district of Danzig in 1818 , again to the district of Dirschau in 1887 and in 1920 to the district of Danziger Höhe of the Free State of Danzig .
