The Puiseaux is a river in France that runs in the Loiret department in the Center-Val de Loire region . It rises in the Forêt d'Orléans , in the municipality of Les Choux , generally drains in a northerly direction and after around 37 kilometers in the urban area of Montargis it flows into the Canal de Briare , which here accompanies the Loing river as a side canal . It flows into this shortly afterwards as a left tributary.
