The quarter is a river in France that runs in the Mayenne department in the Pays de la Loire region . It rises near the hamlet of Le Galop , in the south-western municipality of Gesnes , generally drains towards the south-west and flows into the Mayenne as a left tributary after a total of around 20 kilometers in the southern urban area of Laval . The district is accompanied for a large part of its route by the Paris – Brest railway line . It also crosses the A81 motorway in the lower reaches .
