Former town hall (Mairie) of Quemigny-Poisot

Quemigny-Poisot is a village and a former French community with 199 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Côte-d'Or in the region Bourgogne Franche-Comté . It belonged to the Arrondissement of Beaune and the Canton Longvic (until 2015: Canton Gevrey-Chambertin ).

With effect from January 1, 2019, the former municipalities of Clémencey and Quemigny-Poisot were merged to form the Commune nouvelle Valforêt and have the status of a Commune déléguée in the new municipality . The administrative headquarters are located in Clémencey.

Quemigny-Poisot is about 19 kilometers west-southwest of Dijon . Quemigny-Poisot is surrounded by Urcy in the north, Clémencey in the northeast, Chambœuf in the east, Semezanges in the south and Gergueil in the west.
