Quirin Löppert (born May 1, 1987 in Munich ) is a former German soccer player who has been working as an athletic trainer in soccer since the end of his active career .
Career as a player
Löppert first played at Bayern Munich when he was young . In 2005 he moved to SpVgg Unterhaching , where he was first active in the club's second team and also made five league appearances in 2007/08 for the club's first team, which was then playing in the third- tier Regionalliga Süd .
In the 2009/10 season he played for FC Vaduz in Liechtenstein . There he was used in qualifying for the UEFA Europa League against FC Slovan Liberec .
From October 2010 to June 2014 Löppert was under contract with SV Heimstetten and last played there in the fourth-class Bavarian regional league .
Career as a coach
After the end of his career, he returned to his youth club FC Bayern Munich, where he was part of the U17 coaching staff as an athletic coach from 2014 to 2018; in the 2016/17 season his team won the German championship. In the summer of 2018, Löppert moved to Borussia Mönchengladbach , where he became the Bundesliga team's athletic coach.
Remarkable
Löppert was a representative of the Bavarian Football Regionalliga on the players' council of the Association of Contract Soccer Players (VdV).
