Location of Rø Sogn in Bornholm Municipality |
Rø Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) on the Danish island of Bornholm . Until 1970 it belonged to Harde Bornholms Nørre Herred in what was then Bornholms Amt , then with the elimination of the Harden structure to Hasle Kommune in the unchanged Bornholms Amt, which in turn became part of Bornholms Regionskommune in January 2003 . The Regional Municipality was initially - as Copenhagen and Frederiksberg - amt free, so reports directly to the State, and then with the municipal reform on 1 January 2007 of the Capital Region assigned.
418 inhabitants live in the parish (as of January 1, 2020). The church "Rø Kirke" is located in the parish.
Neighboring communities are in the north-west Olsker Sogn , in the west the smaller part of the Rutsker Sogn , in the south-west Klemensker Sogn and in the east Østerlarsker Sogn .
