Nexø Kirke

Nexø Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) on the Danish island of Bornholm . Until 1970 it belonged to Harde Bornholms Sønder Herred in what was then Bornholms Amt , then with the loss of the Harden structure to Nexø Kommune in the unchanged Bornholms Amt, which in turn became part of Bornholms Regional Commune in January 2003 . The Regional Municipality was initially - as Copenhagen and Frederiksberg - amt free, so reports directly to the State, and then with the municipal reform on 1 January 2007 of the Capital Region assigned.

3,630 inhabitants live in the parish, 3607 of them in the parish village of Nexø (as of January 1, 2020). In the parish is the church " Nexø Kirke ".

Neighboring communities are in the north Ibsker Sogn and west Bodilsker Sogn .
