Sankt Knuds Kirke

Knudsker Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) on the Danish island of Bornholm . Until 1970 it belonged to Harde Bornholms Vester Herred in what was then Bornholms Amt , then with the loss of the Harden structure to Rønne Kommune in the unchanged Bornholms Amt, which in turn became part of Bornholms Regional Commune in January 2003 . The Regional Municipality was initially - as Copenhagen and Frederiksberg - amt free, so reports directly to the State, and then with the municipal reform on 1 January 2007 of the Capital Region assigned.

The parish has 2758 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2020), most of them residents of the town of Rønne . The church " Sankt Knuds Kirke " is located in the parish .

Neighboring municipalities are Nyker Sogn in the north, Vestermarie Sogn in the east, Nylarsker Sogn in the south-east and Rønne Sogn in the south-west .
