Ny Kirke

Nyker Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) on the Danish island of Bornholm . Until 1970 it belonged to Harde Bornholms Vester Herred in what was then Bornholms Amt , then with the loss of the Harden structure to Rønne Kommune in the unchanged Bornholms Amt, which in turn became part of Bornholms Regional Commune in January 2003 . The Regional Municipality was initially - as Copenhagen and Frederiksberg - amt free, so reports directly to the State, and then with the municipal reform on 1 January 2007 of the Capital Region assigned.

1614 inhabitants live in the parish, 686 of them in the parish village of Nyker (as of January 1, 2020). In the parish is the church " Ny Kirke " ( German : New Church ).

Neighboring communities are Hasle Sogn in the north, Klemensker Sogn in the northeast, Vestermarie Sogn in the southeast and Knudsker Sogn in the south .
