Rachel York

Rachel York (* 7. August 1971 in Orlando , Florida as Rachel Lemanski ) is an American actress .

Life and accomplishments

York made his debut in an episode of the television series The Days and Nights of Molly Dodd from 1990. Between 1991 and 1992 she starred in the Broadway - musical Les Misérables the role of Fantine . The role in the musical Victor / Victoria brought her the Drama Desk Award in 1996 .

In the television comedy Honeymoon Again (2001) York played one of the bigger roles alongside Roma Downey and Tim Matheson . She also took on a larger role alongside Gregory Harrison , Katie Volding and Robin Dunne in the television comedy Au Pair II (2001). She played one of the leading roles in the musical comedy Kiss Me Kate (2003); in the biographical comedy Lucy (2003) she was seen in the lead role of Lucille Ball .
