Rageth Christoffel
Rageth Christoffel (born June 26, 1810 in Scheid GR ; † January 29, 1875 in Wintersingen ) was a Swiss Reformed pastor and teacher .
Life
Rageth Christoffel was born as the son of the Graubünden farmer Thomas Christoffel and his wife Agnes Ragut Tscharner. In 1836 Rageth Christoffel was accepted into the Evangelical-Rhaetian Synod and in the same year became pastor in Almens .

In 1843 Christoffel briefly worked as a secondary teacher at a school in Kleindietwil before he became rector of a school in Schöftland that same year . In 1847 he returned to the pastor's office and became a pastor in Wintersingen , where he worked until his death on January 29, 1875.
