description

The ground floor with no basement was originally divided into three horizontal strips and an open hall. The arched openings are now partially walled up and the entrance to the hall is closed. The large citizens' hall with a central column is located on the upper floor . In 1900 the warehouse was expanded to accommodate office space. In 1951 and from 2016 to 2019 the building was completely renovated.

A frame building is placed on the ground floor . The half-timbered upper storey cantilevers on all sides and above it is a triple projecting gable . Located on the west side to the lower floor a roof hipped . On the roof ridge sits an octagonal ridge turret with an onion hood . The Franconian man with arms is a new bracing figure at this time.

On the corner stones of the building there are water level markings from several floods in the Pfinz .
