The Rauhkarlspitze (also Raukarlspitze ) is a peak in the Hinterautal-Vomper chain . It lies between the Kaltwasserkarspitze in the west and the Moserkarspitze in the east. Your summit structure consists of the 2618 m above sea level. A. high west summit and the 2619 m above sea level. A. high east summit. To the north, the Rauhkarlspitze drops steeply to the Kleiner Ahornboden .
The first ascent took place in 1882 by H. Camelly and C. Probst.
The easiest ascent is from the Moserkar via a steep path into Rauhkarl (also Raukarl) and further over easy scree and craggy slopes without paths to the east ridge and over this to the summit ( I UIAA ).
