Career

Regard became famous in summer 2019 for the song Ride It . It is a cover or remix of the song of the same name by Jay Sean , which reached number 11 in the UK charts in 2008. The deep house- style song went viral primarily through TikTok , where a challenge created more than 4.1 million user-made videos about it. The song was also successful on Spotify . Because of this success, Regard got a record deal with the Ministry of Sound label . His version of the song surpassed the original in Great Britain with number two and also entered various music charts around the world. In Germany the song reached number four in the single charts.
