Regine Mönkemeier

Regine Mönkemeier (born November 7, 1938 in Prenzlau ) is a German writer and editor.

life and work

Regine Mönkemeier studied politics and law in Hamburg and passed her first state examination in law. She writes poetry, prose and criticism. Poems and stories have been published in numerous anthologies from competitions, literary magazines and artist books. In 1996 R. Mönkemeier founded the Marien-Blatt Verlag , which publishes single titles and the literary magazine Der Dreischneuss . In addition, she runs a marbling and metal typesetting workshop for hand press prints, in which art sheets are created as single-sheet prints, book objects and Leporelli . She is a member of the GEDOK of Schleswig-Holstein and the Lübeck authors' group.

Regine Mönkemeier lives in Lübeck.
