Reinhard legs (born June 25, 1906 in Bielefeld , † May 22, 1990 in Düsseldorf ) was a civil servant and politician ( FDP ) in North Rhine-Westphalia .

After graduating from high school, legs studied law and political science. After passing the first and second state examinations in law, he received his doctorate in 1943. jur. Before 1945, sein was a senior councilor in the Reich Ministry of Labor . After the Second World War he was a consultant at the Central Labor Office in the British Zone and later in the Bizone . At the same time he was managing director of the industrial committee of the state of Lippe . In 1952/53, bein was a member of the Lippe regional association and chairman of the Lippe community (CDU, FDP and BHE) in the district assembly of the Lippe district .

Legs was a member of the state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia from 1950 to 1955 , elected via the state list. From July 27, 1954 to April 22, 1955 he was parliamentary group leader of the FDP in the state parliament. He was also chairman of the working committee from 1950 to 1955.

Then legs moved to the state administration and from June 1955 was ministerial director in the Ministry of Economics of North Rhine-Westphalia.
