Reinhold Fahlbusch

Reinhold Fahlbusch (born September 9, 1946 in Hanover ) is a former bank manager and German author .

Life

The son of Catholic parents, a bricklayer and a housewife from Eichsfeld , grew up with two siblings in the Linden district . Fahlbusch attended secondary schools on Lindener Berg and in Fossfeld. He then completed an apprenticeship as a banker at the Kreissparkasse Hanover and continued his professional education. After 42 years as a division manager in the head office of the Deutsche Apotheker- und Ärztebank in Düsseldorf , he ended his work in banking . From the mid-1990s, he published business advice for pharmacists and doctors as an editor and author and worked as a lecturer and consultant.

Since it was founded in July 2007, Fahlbusch was chairman of the board of the social department store “fairKauf” and managed the cooperative project until it was passed in July 2015. Under his aegis, fairKauf expanded with branches in Laatzen , Langenhagen and Linden and was awarded nationwide prizes.

In addition, Reinhold Fahlbusch was on the supervisory board of the Diakonisches Werk Stadtverband Hannover from 2007 to 2015 and became head of the Johann-Jobst Wagener Foundation in 2010 after his predecessor had been removed from this position due to infidelity. 2013 Fahlbusch has been prepared by the Council of the City of Hannover as an advisory member of the social committee appointed and elected as a member of the opposition Advisory Board in July 2015 by the Council of the City of Hanover. In December 2014 he was awarded the City Culture Prize for civic engagement.

Reinhold Fahlbusch is married and has two sons.
