The Reisbach is a five-kilometer-long left tributary of the Wieslauter in the eastern Wasgau , as the southern part of the Palatinate Forest is also called together with the northern part of the Vosges .

The Reisbach rises near the hamlet of Reisdorf, which belongs to Böllenborn, and flows south. After almost two kilometers, it forms the boundary between Schweigen-Rechtenbach and Bobenthal , before it flows into the Wieslauter just before the Sankt Germanshof , which belongs to Bobenthal .
