The Reisenberg is 567.8  m above sea level. NHN high mountain in the Odenwald in the Reisenbach district of the municipality of Mudau in the Neckar-Odenwald district of Baden-Württemberg , 250 meters east of the district and 600 meters southeast of the state border with Hesse . The Reisenberg is mainly used for agriculture. Only the north and east slopes are covered with a 200-meter-wide forest belt that blocks the view of the nearby neighboring town of Oberscheidental in the east.

From the western slope of the Reisenberg, the view extends over the saddle height, which is about 20 meters deep, in which Reisenbach is located, to Hart ( 581  m ), about 750 meters away , on which the Reisenbach telecommunications tower rises. On the north side, a 500 meter long ridge connects to the Reisenberg, which leads to the ( 564  m ) high Dickbuckel .
