Reisensburg Castle

Reisensburg is a district of the city of Günzburg in the Swabian district of Günzburg . The parish village lies in a basin of the Danube on the northeastern edge of Günzburg.
history
A settlement will always have belonged to the castle, which was documented as early as 955. Reisensburg belonged to the Margraviate of Burgau in the late Middle Ages , and the imperial city of Ulm also had possessions here in the 16th century .
The previously independent municipality Reisensburg was incorporated into Günzburg on May 1st, 1978 .
